The reliability of turbine engines is essential in the context of aircraft safety.
Turbine blades work under harsh climatic and environmental conditions. That’s why the accumulation of fatigue, which causes deformation and cracks over time, is unavoidable. To address this issue, RULA engineers conduct turbine blade fatigue testing to investigate and enhance the materials and designs of these blades.
During the online event we will share our experience in advanced fatigue testing:
1) discuss the differences between sine resonance search and fatigue test
2) perform live fatigue testing session using different sensor types, like laser vibrometer and velocity sensor
3) show new features for working on resonance frequencies
4) demonstrate multiple new panels for test run control and logging
