The new vibration test software version 58 is available for download in the Downloads section of the website. Continue reading for the changes we have made.

General changes:

A function for creating a test based on templates in compliance with ISO, IEC standards
Software control via named pipe, which enables opening, starting or stopping a test, as well as acquiring test data from third-party applications
Independent notch limits on channels for «Sine», «Fatigue», «Advanced Sine», «Random», «Sine and Random on Random», «SRS», «Shock», «Transient capture» tests
Import and export of channel settings into an xls-file

Graph display:

Redesigned view, improved functionality and user interaction patterns
Each graph window now is presented as a tab, which can be placed over the main app window or moved to a second PC/laptop screen
Graph data export into a vaufx-file for «Shock», «SRS», «Transient capture», «TTH» tests
«Default» button in the «Graph settings» window, which resets the settings to the default mode
Improved graph display performance for multichannel systems
Redesigned display of lines’ names on the «Temperature vs time» graph depending on the device type
«Task» note now has a function to display the number of shocks on the current level
Improved data import into csv-format

Sine Test:

Optimized CPU resources when working with multi-channel systems
In the “Stepped Sine” mode you can now set a step of less than 1 Hz

Random Test:

Abort function on each channel individually for the set number of spectral lines beyond the specified limits
Optimized functionality of the «FDS calculator» window

Shock, SRS, TTH:

Control by minimum or maximum of the channels
Measuring channels data filter

Transient Capture:

A function of setting limits in compliance with MIL STD, DO, BS EN 60068 standards on the graph to compare with the captured shock
A new field «Shock time», which displays the time of shock taken from the system
Statistic graphs: «Minimum of shocks», «Maximum of shocks», «Shock distribution by amplitude», «Deviation»
Improved shock post-processing – added a function of changing the filter on a previously captured shock
Continuing the test if critically important test settings have not been changed

Fatigue testing:

Switching to the next command of the extended schedule via «Schedule Control Panel»
Corrections in the amplitude data column in the «Resonance work log» window
