Transducer calibration procedure is necessary to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the sensors in the course of your tests. RULA Technologies presents an extensive, easy-to-use transducer calibration software.

The software provides traceable back-to-back calibration of vibration sensors according to ISO 16063-21.

The program module has advanced technical capabilities:

  • User-defined sine excitation;
  • Random signal excitation;
  • Calibration by substitution method;
  • Triaxial measurements in one protocol.

The software is intended for calibrating transduces in production, as well as for research and development. For the latter purpose, the system supports manual calibration mode.

Calibration is a strictly standardized procedure. Our software is made according to the most recognizable standards:

Comprehensive reports

After any calibration, VisProbe SL automatically creates  a comprehensive report, which includes:

  • measurement results in the form of tables and graphs;
  • detailed information about the reference sensor;
  • calibration date and place, etc.

Shorter calibration time

VisProbe SL software provides calibration with Random signal excitation, during which the shaker is excited with a random signal containing all frequencies in the sensor frequency range. 
This method reduces the calibration time to less than four minutes.

Research and development

Besides the automated measurements, a manual measurement mode is implemented in VisProbe SL.
The mode allows specifying the frequency and amplitude (in acceleration, velocity, or displacement units) manually and checking the response from the sensors. The mode is highly useful for research purposes.
