The software is intended for calibrating transduces in production, as well as for research and development. For the latter purpose, the system supports manual calibration mode.
The software provides an innovative, yet user-friendly and comprehensive interface, which allows calibrating a wide range of vibration sensors.
A complete vibration transducer calibration system consists of:
- Calibration shaker(s);
- Reference accelerometer(s);
- RL-C21 vibration control system;
- Calibration module of VisProbe SL software.
After any calibration, VisProbe SL automatically creates a comprehensive report, which includes:
VisProbe SL software provides calibration with Random signal excitation, during which the shaker is excited with a random signal containing all frequencies in the sensor frequency range.
This method reduces the calibration time to less than four minutes.
Besides the automated measurements, a manual measurement mode is implemented in VisProbe SL.
The mode allows specifying the frequency and amplitude (in acceleration, velocity, or displacement units) manually and checking the response from the sensors. The mode is highly useful for research purposes.
